_r_e_t_u_r_n _a _v_e_c_t_o_r _o_f _p_o_p_u_l_a_t_i_o_n _I_D_s _f_r_o_m _a _l_a_n_d_s_c_a_p_e

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     return a vector of population IDs from a landscape

_U_s_a_g_e:

       populations(Rland)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

   Rland: the Rmetasim landscape object

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

     Returns a vector of length 'dim(rland$individuals)[1]' where rland
     is a landscape object.  The vector classifies individuals into
     populations (or habitats)

     a vector
