_P_a_i_r _o_f _T_a_b_l_e_s

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     28 batches of fruits -two types- are judged by two different ways.
      They are classified in order of preference, without ex aequo, by
     16 individuals.
      15 quantitative variables described the batches of fruits.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     data(fruits)

_F_o_r_m_a_t:

     'fruits' is a list of 3 components:

     _t_y_p is a vector returning the type of the 28 batches of fruits
          (peaches or nectarines).

     _j_u_g is a data frame of 28 rows and 16 columns (judges).

     _v_a_r is a data frame of 28 rows and 16 measures (average of 2
          judgements).

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

     'fruits$var' is a data frame of 15 variables:

   _1{_}_t_a_c_h_e_s : quantity of cork blemishes (0=absent - maximum 5)

   _2{_}_s_t_r_i_e_s : quantity of stria (1/none - maximum 4)

   _3{_}_a_b{_}_m_u_c : abundance of mucron (1/absent - 4)

   _4{_}_i_r{_}_f_o_r : shape irregularity (0/none - 3)

   _5{_}_a_l_l_o_n_g : length of the fruit (1/round fruit - 4)

   _6{_}_s_u{_}_r_o_u : percentage of the red surface (minimum 40% - maximum
        90%)

   _7{_}_h_o{_}_l_o_t : homogeneity of the intra-batch coloring (1/strong -
        4)

   _8{_}_h_o{_}_f_r_u : homogeneity of the intra-fruit coloring (1/strong -
        4)

   _9{_}_p_u_b_e_s : pubescence (0/none - 4)

   _1_0{_}_v_e_r_t : intensity of green in red area (1/none - 4)

   _1_1{_}_f_o_n_c : intensity of dark area (0/pink - 4)

   _1_2{_}_c_o_l{_}_m_u : intensity of the mucron color (1=no contrast -
        4/dark)

   _1_3{_}_i_m_p_r_e_s : kind of impression (1/watched - 4/pointill)

   _1_4{_}_c_o_l{_}_d_o_m : intensity of the predominating color (0/clear - 4)

   _1_5{_}_c_a_l_i_b : grade (1/<90g - 5/>200g)
