_C_a_l_c_u_l_a_t_e _f_r_a_c_t_i_o_n _o_f _m_i_s_s_i_n_g _i_n_f_o_r_m_a_t_i_o_n _f_o_r _s_i_n_g_l_e _o_b_s_e_r_v_a_t_i_o_n

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Function to calculate the fraction of missing information for a
     single individual with an observed phenotype, and possibly
     flanking marker information.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     fracmiss(y, delta, m=NULL, theta=NULL)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

       y: Value of phenotype

   delta: QTL effect

       m: Marker genotype(s)

   theta: Recombination distance from flanking marker(s)

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

_V_a_l_u_e:

     Fraction of missing information for a single observation given the
     observed value of the phenotype and neighbouring markers.
