_C_o_n_t_i_n_g_e_n_c_y _T_a_b_l_e _w_i_t_h _a _p_a_r_t_i_t_i_o_n _i_n _M_o_l_e_c_u_l_a_r _B_i_o_l_o_g_y

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     This data set gives the amino acids of 904 proteins  distributed
     in three classes.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     data(perthi02)

_F_o_r_m_a_t:

     'perthi02' is a list of 2 components.

     _t_a_b is a data frame 904 rows (proteins of 201 species) 20 columns
          (amino acids).

     _c_l_a is a factor of 3 classes of protein

     The levels of 'perthi02$cla' are 'cyto' (cytoplasmic proteins)
     'memb' (integral membran proteins) 'peri' (periplasmic proteins)
