_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

This data set describes the phylogenety of 36 bacteria as reported
by Perrire and Gouy (1996). It also gives the GC rate
     corresponding to these 36 species.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     data(njplot)

_F_o_r_m_a_t:

'njplot' is a list containing the 2 following objects:

_t_r_e is a character string giving the fission tree in Newick format.

_t_a_u_x_c_g is a numeric vector that gives the CG rate of the 36 species.

_S_o_u_r_c_e:

Data were obtained by Manolo Gouy mgouy@biomserv.univ-lyon1.fr

_R_e_f_e_r_e_n_c_e_s:

     Perrire, G. and Gouy, M. (1996) WWW-Query : an on-line retrieval
system for biological sequence banks. _Biochimie_, *78*, 364-369.
